folk and Mustloop at a glance
| folk | Mustloop | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A CRM for small teams, with AI assistants | Lead follow-up for one person, not a CRM |
| New leads | The Follow-up Assistant needs a conversation with two or more exchanges, so a new lead with no reply yet doesn't trigger it | Leads from your forms, a webhook, the API or Zapier, Make and n8n land as a first email to write |
| Follow-ups | Quiet conversations with an open next step, after 3 days to 2 months, drafted in your style | A nudge after three quiet days, drafted from where the conversation stands |
| Channels | Email, calendar and WhatsApp | Gmail |
| Sending | You open the draft and send it | You review and send, with 30 seconds to take it back |
When folk is the better fit
- You want a CRM. Contacts, groups, pipelines and fields, kept in one place.
- You work as a team. folk is priced and built per member.
- Your conversations happen on WhatsApp too. folk reads it; Mustloop doesn't.
When Mustloop is the better fit
- Leads come from a form or a tool, and the first email matters as much as the follow-up.
- You don't want a CRM to keep up. Mustloop shows only who needs you today.
- You sell on your own. One plan, from €10 a month.
Does folk's assistant follow up with new leads?
Not with a lead who hasn't replied yet. folk's help article says its Follow-up Assistant looks at email threads with at least two exchanges in the past two months. Mustloop takes a lead from your form straight to a drafted first email, then follows the conversation from there.
