Inquiry follow-up for studios, freelancers and consultants

Every inquiry answered.
Every proposal followed through.

Inquiries from your site and client threads in Gmail land in one list that keeps itself, so you reply while they are warm. Mustloop drafts every reply and follow-up. You review and send. No CRM to keep up.

€10/month for the first 50 founding members, locked while you stay. Works with Gmail.

2 more than last week. Replies are your strongest signal, so keep the loop warm.

An inquiry arrives
From your contact form or Make. The first reply is already drafted.
A client replies
Found in Gmail on its own. The reply is written from where the conversation stands, in your voice.
A proposal goes quiet
Flagged before it goes cold, with the nudge ready to send.

Without Mustloop

Business leaks through the gaps.

Inquiries sit in a form tool. Client threads live in Gmail. Follow-ups on proposals live in your head. Nothing connects the three, so good work slips through.

Sofia was due a nudge on the proposal last week. It went quiet.
Mustloop closes the gaps, from “someone's interested” to “we're talking”.

How it works

One loop, run for every conversation.

It comes to you

No new tab to check. Your list finds you.

A morning digest by email or Slack. Alerts with buttons when someone new arrives or needs you. And your AI assistant, connected through MCP.

Why not a CRM

Not another CRM. Nothing to maintain.

A CRM needs feeding.
Every lead typed in, every email logged, every stage dragged by hand. Skip a day and it's out of date.

Write your reply…
A reminder only nudges.
Gmail brings the thread back to the top. It doesn't know what matters, and the reply is still yours to write from scratch.

Hi Daniel, so glad option B landed with the team. Yes, we can phase it…
Mustloop does the next step.
It fills itself from your forms and Gmail, knows your goal and who actually needs you, and has the next email ready.

Trust

It never sends anything on its own.

Nothing sends without you
Every first email, reply and nudge waits for you. You press send, and it goes out from your own Gmail address.
Summaries, not your emails
Mustloop reads an email only long enough to write a short summary or a draft. It keeps the summary, not the email, and fetches the original from Gmail when you open a conversation.
Gmail only, for now
Mustloop connects to Gmail. Outlook is not supported yet.

Why Mustloop exists

“I lost track of my own outreach while looking for users for my last product. I asked Indie Hackers how everyone else managed it. Most people didn't. So I built the tool I needed.”

Questions

No, and there is nothing to maintain. Mustloop builds your list from your forms and Gmail on its own, and only shows you the people who need you.
Never. Every first email, reply and follow-up waits for you to review and send. It goes out from your own Gmail, and when you send from Mustloop you get thirty seconds to take it back.
It looks for conversations that could become business. Email content is read only in the moment, to write a short summary or a draft. Mustloop keeps the summary, not the email, and fetches the original from Gmail when you open it. What Mustloop does with your Gmail →
It learns how you write from your sent mail: your greeting, your length, your tone and your sign off. For each conversation it works from a short AI summary of where things stand and their latest message, so the draft answers what was actually asked.
If they wrote last, it's yours to reply to. If you wrote last and it's been quiet for three days, it's time to follow up. Either way, Mustloop drafts that email for you. Whether a conversation is over stays your call: mark it done and it leaves your list, and if they write again it comes back on its own.
Write down what you know as a note, or log the call or meeting, on the person, their company or the conversation. Mustloop uses it in every summary and draft, so the follow-up picks up where you actually left off. It does not read LinkedIn or other platforms directly.
Not yet. Mustloop works with Gmail today.
Through a webhook or the API, from your server. Point your form tool, your CRM or a Zapier, Make or n8n automation at Mustloop. There is no snippet to paste into your website.
No. Your morning list can come by email. Slack adds alerts with buttons, and replies you can draft and send without leaving it.
The founding plan includes 200 AI drafts a month, in your voice. That covers the first emails, replies and nudges Mustloop writes for you.
New members pay €19 a month. Founding members keep €10 a month for as long as they stay.
