It learns how you write from your sent mail: your greeting, your length, your tone and your sign off. For each conversation it works from a short AI summary of where things stand and their latest message, so the draft answers what was actually asked.

If they wrote last, it's yours to reply to. If you wrote last and it's been quiet for three days, it's time to follow up. Either way, Mustloop drafts that email for you. Whether a conversation is over stays your call: mark it done and it leaves your list, and if they write again it comes back on its own.

Write down what you know as a note, or log the call or meeting, on the person, their company or the conversation. Mustloop uses it in every summary and draft, so the follow-up picks up where you actually left off. It does not read LinkedIn or other platforms directly.
